STEP-BY-STEP PATTERN

1️⃣ Brim (worked flat)

Adult (Mama) Size

Ch 15
Row 1: hdc in 2nd ch from hook and across (14 sts). Ch 1, turn.
Row 2–48: hdc in BLO across. Ch 1, turn.
Adjust row count as needed to fit head circumference snugly.

Mini Size

Ch 13 → work the same rows but repeat 40 rows.

Fold the strip and seam the short ends together using sl sts.
Do not fasten off.

2️⃣ Body of the Hat (worked in the round)

Work around the raw edge of the ribbed brim.

Round 1:
Ch 1. Work 1 hdc in each row end around. Sl st to join.

Round A:
